Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We only ask that you honor guest bookings made up to 90 days out.

One fee, starting at 20% of gross bookings, covers everything: listings, pricing, guest support, cleaning, maintenance and Florida tourist tax filing. No long-term contract.
